Evidence-Based Psychotherapy Tailored to Your Goals

When working with me, clients can expect a thoughtful intake process over a few sessions, where we explore their history and goals. I focus on individualized care plans, tailoring interventions—whether CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment theory or motivational interviewing—based on each person’s needs. I work with clients 17 and older, often focusing on BPD and mood disorders. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients at any phase of their journey. I meet my clients where they are and strive to empower them while building skills and fostering awareness.

“I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I take a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, guided by what you hope to get out of each session. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I’m here to support you through whatever challenges you’re facing. I’m really glad you’re considering working with me.”
